_Our client in the Food and Beverage industry is hiring a VP of Growth!_About the role
We’re looking for a VP of Growth to lead paid media, creative, and acquisition across key channels (Meta, Google, and potentially TikTok). We're venture-backed and ready for the next stage of growth, and we need someone to lead our marketing team to scale our acquisition efforts.
What you’ll do: Own Acquisition
- Own and scale all paid media efforts, with a strong focus on Meta, and growth in Google Ads and TikTok.
- Manage a monthly ad spend of $250K–$500K, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
- Guide and support a small, high-performing team, ensuring alignment across creative and performance workflows.
- Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel acquisition campaigns, balancing creative testing with performance analysis.
- Lead A/B testing strategies, cold LP CRO, creative experimentation, and audience segmentation to drive sustained growth.
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with creative and operations teams to align performance strategy with brand storytelling and business goals.
- Creative Strategy: Provide briefs for ad positions based on ad performance to the internal team. Also be in touch with external sources of creative for feedback loop.
What you’ll bring
- Proven track record in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and hands-on experience managing large-scale budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in Google Ads and an understanding of TikTok Ads as a growing acquisition channel.
- Strategic mindset paired with a data-driven and test-and-learn approach.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, particularly in DTC or CPG/eCommerce space.
- Experience leading teams and managing freelancers or agencies effectively.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
