Our client in the wellness space is hiring a Brand & Creative Director!
We're looking for a world-class creative and brand operator to serve as our client's right hand and build the ultimate content and business machine. Essentially the CEO of our client's personal brand.
Strategy & Creative Vision
- Set the overarching business, brand and content strategy for Paul Saladino’s personal brand
- Translate Paul’s philosophy into compelling content campaigns, narratives, and series
- Identify new high-leverage formats and opportunities to expand reach and deepen resonance (e.g., new newsletter, content formats etc.)
- Lead the buildout of an owned content ecosystem (newsletters, podcast, social, YouTube)
- Develop key performance metrics (KPIs) to track growth and success across content, podcasting, and partnerships, and manage the tracking and reporting on those metrics
Creative & Content Engine Leadership
- Build a high-performing content machine that transforms 1 core asset into 30-50 derivatives across a clear marketing funnel
- Manage all creative assets and systems for consistency, speed, and excellence
- Build and lead a team of creatives: editors, producers, strategists, contractors
Brand Growth & Community
- Develop and drive newsletter growth strategy (email funnel, lead magnets, automations)
- Relaunch and grow the podcast with strategic guests, clips, SEO, and audience building
- Oversee social media strategy across platforms with emphasis on engagement and reach
- Monitor brand sentiment, community engagement, and feedback loops to guide direction
Business & Team Management
- Build and manage a financial plan to support the execution of content, hiring, and brand growth initiatives
- Allocate resources efficiently across media channels, contractors, and internal hires
- Support and track performance against budget
- Ensure strategic decisions align with long-term financial goals and growth targets
- Evaluate the ROI of content, funnels, and campaigns to continually improve effectiveness and scale
- Hire, coach, and manage a nimble, creative team that punches way above its weight
Requirements
- Proven success building content engines that grow brand and business
- Led creative teams at agencies, media brands, or fast-moving startups
- Expert in content psychology—can craft viral hooks and optimize for conversion
- Strong systems-thinker who builds scalable, creative and operational processes
- Thrives in high-output, fast-paced environments
- Personally aligned with ancestral health and animal-based nutrition
