Job Title: Content Editor / Super Rater
Location: Remote (US)
Employment Type: Contract / Temporary
Duration: 3+ months with possibility of extension
Position Summary
The Super Rater is a high-performing content expert responsible for assessing content alignment with partner-provided guidelines. This role requires focus, critical judgment, and precise execution within timed tasks. Super Raters must balance speed with quality, remain detail-oriented under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving instructions and workflows.
Education
- Master’s degree preferred in English, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Well-versed in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Gmail) for documentation, collaboration, and reporting.
- Ability to perform tasks within system-generated timers and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- High degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and resilience in high-volume environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity, evolving workflows, and complex instructions.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer operations and browser-based search strategies.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience as a Curator, Rater, Annotator, Editor, or Quality Reviewer.
- Success in high-volume, time-bound content or rating roles.
- Experience in AI/LLM evaluation, content moderation, or data-labeling platforms.
- Familiarity with QA processes and productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute timed content-review tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting quality benchmarks.
- Review and curate text, video, audio, and image content primarily in English.
- Provide documentation and feedback to improve guidelines and workflows.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency under deadlines in a high-output environment.
- Report edge cases, anomalies, and behavioral trends to Task Leads.
- Balance precision with speed and adapt to changing priorities and policies.
