SEO & Link Building Manager

We are seeking an SEO & Link Building Manager to:

• Create and oversee off-page SEO and authority growth strategies
• Lead, mentor, and upskill the Link Building team
• Review and ensure off-page SEO results are to our standards
• Be hands-on with generating results

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

You can work local hours, but you'll need to be available for calls with the leadership team up until 3pm EST.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) - able to explain complex topics simply
2. Strong SEO foundation with a deep understanding of off-page and authority signals
3. Experience in leading SEO and/or Link Building Team
4. Document best practices, processes, and checklists
5. Proven ability to generate quality links at affordable rates
6. Strong understanding of content marketing and best content creation practices for SEO results
7. Experience documenting processes and enforcing quality standards
8. Results-driven mindset with ownership mentality

Responsibilities:

1. Own and improve off-page SEO and authority growth strategy across all clients
2. Lead, mentor, and upskill the Link Building team
3. Ensure the team understands context, priorities, and impact, not just tasks
4. Clearly communicate issues, risks, and trade-offs to company leadership
5. Proactively propose solutions and recommendations, not just surface problems
6. Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO link-building campaigns
7. Execute daily strategies to acquire new links to boost the client’s ratings
8. Monitor and analyze client backlinks and keyword rankings through digital tools like Ahrefs
9. Document and continuously improve processes, playbooks, and checklists
