Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing. The role involves developing strategies to drive online traffic and conversions, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for campaign improvement to maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Ability to come up with own initiatives and implement them on time
• Strong skills in devising creative strategies
• 3+ years of hands-on experience focused on Google Ads and Meta
• Solid experience in promoting eCommerce shops with a focus on new customer acquisition
• Product feed optimization skills
• Deep understanding of ROAS and sales volume maximization strategies on Google Ads and Meta
• Knowledge of the latest trends and new features rolled out by Google and Meta
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
