About Digilari
Digilari is a ten-year-old digital marketing agency driving high-quality lead generation through SEO, CRO, content, PPC, social, email and marketing automation. We focus on real results, not vanity metrics. Our client base includes SMEs servicing industries like mining, agriculture, logistics, construction and manufacturing. These are the businesses that keep economies running, and we help them grow.
We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. We keep them because our work delivers.
In 2025, we are scaling rapidly across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States with ambitious goals backed by AI, data, and creativity. This is a pivotal time to join a team focused on innovation, impact, and global expansion.
The Role
This is a new business sales role focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, setting up discovery calls and guiding prospects through the sales journey. You will work directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership during proposal creation and presentation. As a note, most, but not all, of the face-to-face sales activity will be over video conference facilities rather than in-person sales.
Once a new client is won, your role is to ensure a clean, documented handover to our Account Management team.
Key responsibilities include
• Identifying and researching new business opportunities
• Contacting prospects across AU, NZ, UK and US markets
• Setting up and attending discovery meetings with the MD or Account Director
• Preparing and presenting tailored marketing solutions
• Meeting KPIs across activity, meetings booked, and proposals sent
• Weekly sales reporting
• Managing CRM entries and lead progress
• Conducting detailed handovers to the delivery team
Who You Are
We are looking for someone at the early stage of their sales career, either a graduate or someone transitioning into B2B sales, who brings drive, curiosity and energy. You do not need to have an extensive sales history, but you must be willing to work hard, learn fast, and be coachable.
You will thrive in this role if you
• Are confident starting conversations with business owners or marketing leaders
• Understand or are interested in B2B marketing and digital lead generation
• Are a quick learner who picks up new tools and concepts with ease
• Are process-oriented and comfortable with reporting and CRM management
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are self-driven, reliable and committed to continuous improvement
Why Join Digilari
• Remote role with a four-day work week since 2019
• Ten years of proven growth and client success
• Exposure to marketing automation, inbound methodology, and AI-driven strategies
• Profit-sharing model available after six months of employment
• Direct mentorship from the MD and experienced leadership team
• A strong internal culture focused on performance, transparency, and momentum
• Opportunity to make a visible impact on business growth from day one
