Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Location: USA (Charlotte) or Ludwigsburg, Germany.

Markets: USA first, then Germany and wider Europe

We build Isa, an AI health coach for knowledge workers that prevents back pain, neck pain and cognitive overload before they turn into sick days. Contactless sensing, no camera, no cloud, processed on device.

Over 300 enterprise clients onboarded over 2.5 years. Several peer-reviewed randomized controlled trials: 52% reduction in musculoskeletal discomfort, 56% fewer MSK-related sick days. Five patents. CES 2026 Innovation Award in digital health.

We are building the consumer brand from the ground up and we need a maker, not a coordinator.

The mission

Produce the content that builds our community. You will be the person who films, cuts, publishes and talks to our audience every single day, across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with Instagram as the priority.

We are building a community first. Selling comes later.

What you will do

• Shoot and edit short-form video, daily. Phone-native, fast, well cut
• Produce photography and carousels, from idea to caption to publish
• Own the content calendar and publishing across all four channels
• Live in the comments and DMs. Answer, engage, spot the questions worth turning into content
• Track trends, sounds and formats, and adapt them to our topic within days, not months
• Support creator and UGC collaborations: outreach, briefing, coordination, follow-up
• Build content from our science: turn study results and product features into something watchable
• Report on what worked and what did not, weekly, and bring your own hypotheses to the next sprint
• Contribute to strategy. You are closest to the audience, so your read on what resonates shapes what we do next

What you bring

• 2+ years creating social content, in-house, at an agency, or for your own accounts. Personal accounts absolutely count if the work is good
• Strong hands-on video and photo skills. CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or equivalent, plus a solid eye for framing, lighting, sound and pacing
• Willingness to be on camera when needed
• Excellent written English and a feel for the US audience
• Volume mindset. You can ship a lot without losing quality, and you do not need a week to approve a caption
• Curiosity about health, movement and how the body works

Nice to have

• Experience with a health, fitness or wellness brand
• Motion graphics, sound design or thumbnail design
• First experience with audience research tools, outreach automation or influencer platforms
