100% remote SENIOR PR MANAGER for the UK

This is a totally unique opportunity for someone with a background in PR/Comms (5-10 years in-house or agency based) with a solid network of contacts across the mainstream media to join this fast-growth business. You will work 100% remotely and have a direct and immediate impact on the company's public profile and branding. There are 2 positions available and both roles will drive engagement and brand awareness across the UK and Europe. You will be busy doing mainstream media interviews & creating new initiatives that will help the business thrive . These roles will only suit experienced PR & Comms professionals with existing relationships in mainstream media ( BBC, Reuters and others ) and both positions are regarded as a key appointments. In this role you will have plenty of autonomy and genuine independence TITLE 100% REMOTE: Senior PR Manager UK NUMBER OF ROLES: 2 open roles: A PR Manager and a Senior PR Manager LOCATION : UK (London) SECTOR : Ecommerce SALARY : £70,000- £160,000 LANGUAGES REQUIRED : Native standard English TYPE OF ROLE: 2 permanent full-time positions are available The Company This is a global e-commerce business and on offer is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in PR (5-10 years in-house or agency based) with a solid network of contacts across the mainstream media to join this business and have a direct and immediate impact on engagement and branding as the company expands rapidly in Europe. These are new positions and require 2 experts to take responsibility for driving engagement and strategic communications across all of Europe. This will include doing mainstream media interviews as well as crisis management. In this position you will also be involved in new messaging on strategic social and traditional medias. AIM OF THE ROLE Represent the business to its UK and EU audience, increase audience engagement and brand awareness & generate excitement and "positive vibes" for this major business These roles will only suit experienced PR & Comms professionals with existing relationships in mainstream media (BBC, Reuters and others ) and both positions are regarded as a key appointments. In this role you will have plenty of autonomy and genuine independence DUTIES

• Support the messaging to deliver a clear vision, mission of company objectives
• Developing and executing the delivery of a communications calendar
• Undertake initiatives including media interviews, events , and posting on social media
• Work on multiple PR initiatives simultaneously
• Initiate projects that highlight brand excellence and create engagement stories that keep the business ahead of their competition
• Crisis management where needed

General Requirements

• For the Senior PR role: a total of 10 years' experience as inhouse PR, or with a PR agency as well as a solid contacts list of journalists within the mainstream media . A background in as a news or assignment editor (broadcast or print) is also advantageous .
• For the PR Manager : Min of 5 years as above

Additional Requirements For Both Roles

• In-house or agency PR experience is a must ( 5 years +++ minimum ) .
• Strong understanding of both traditional media and social media landscapes.
• Strong familiarity with social media tools.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives
