About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, eager to learn and contribute to the success of our online marketing campaigns. You will support various digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Content Creation: Help create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• SEO Support: Assist with on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building activities.
• Email Marketing: Support in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance tracking.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign reports. Provide regular updates on campaign performance.
• Paid Advertising: Assist with the setup, optimization, and reporting of paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Market Research: Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to improve digital presence and campaigns.
• Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in the planning, execution, and analysis of various digital campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Experience: Some experience or internship in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling content.
• Creative Mindset: Strong creativity with an eye for design and content that resonates with target audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Desirable Attributes:

• Knowledge of SEO and SEM: Understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing practices.
• Experience with Graphic Design Tools: Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software is a plus.
• Interest in Emerging Digital Trends: Passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
