Hours: Permanent, 0.8 FTE (4 days per week)

Cygnets Art School is a fast-growing franchise network specialising in fine art education for
children. We currently operate branches across the UK, with exciting plans for continued
national growth, international expansion, online learning and wider creative education projects.
We are looking for a creative, organised and digitally-savvy Social Media & CommunityManager to join our HQ team and play a key role in supporting the next phase of the brand’s
growth.

The Role
This is a varied and hands-on marketing role focused primarily on:
- Social media management
- Community engagement
- Content scheduling
- Franchisee marketing support
- Paid Meta ads support
- Campaign coordination
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider HQ team to help deliver engaging, creative and consistent marketing across the network.
Key Responsibilities1.Social Media & Community Management
- Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
- Write engaging captions and support the creation of visual content aligned with the Cygnets brand
- Manage content scheduling and maintain a consistent social media presence
- Support daily community engagement including comments, DMs and audience interaction
- Help maintain a warm, friendly and responsive online brand presence
- Monitor trends, engagement and performance metrics to help improve content performance
- Coordinate with franchisees to source and share local stories, photos and content
- Monitor franchisee social channels to help maintain strong brand consistency and best practice across the network
2.Paid Meta Advertising Support
- Assist with the setup, scheduling and monitoring of Meta ad campaigns
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager on seasonal campaigns, franchise recruitment campaigns and workshop promotions
3.Franchisee Marketing Support
- Support franchisees with day-to-day marketing queries and guidance
- Assist with the rollout of marketing resources, templates and campaigns across the network
- Help franchisees improve local marketing activity and social media engagement
- Support basic marketing training and onboarding where required
4.Content & Campaign Coordination
- Maintain organised content calendars and marketing asset libraries
- Coordinate and organise content submissions from photographers, franchisees and contributors
- Support promotion of workshops, events, seasonal campaigns and national initiatives across digital channels
- Assist with email marketing, website uploads and general marketing admin where needed
- Work alongside external creatives, photographers and videographers to organise and schedule content
- Support monthly reporting and marketing analysis
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for somebody who is:
- Highly organised and proactive
- Creative with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, collaborative and positive in communication style
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident working independently within a remote team environment
Essential
- Experience managing social media for a brand or organisation
- Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills
- Experience using Canva and social media scheduling tools
- Confident using Meta Business Suite
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form content trends
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable
- Experience with Meta Ads
- Basic editing and formatting of short-form video content
- Experience working within education, children’s activities, franchises or creative industries
- Experience using email marketing or website CMS platforms
