Summary:
Our company is looking for a Brand Operations Manager to work on the global Company Marketing team. Brand Ops is responsible for operationalizing world-class, recognizable and cohesive brand experiences across our portfolio. For example, we equip teams with guidelines and toolkits; train internal teams agencies on brand foundations; stand up company-wide governance practices; and identify new solutions that help strengthen and protect our portfolio of brands.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand operations, brand governance and/or brand management. They are experienced at driving brand programs and guiding teams against our systems and strategies. This role is about ensuring that our employees and agency partners are all building for people and brand first.
To be successful at our company, you need to move fast, iterate and find ways to add value. The successful candidate will need to be tenacious and curious, creative and analytical. They will need to understand both brand systems and marketing programs, have strong attention to detail and communications skills plus possess the ability to multi-task and execute quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Guide stakeholders and cross-functional teams on brand systems and strategies, ensuring their understanding and being able to action them effectively.
- Steward rollout and implementation of brand systems to drive internal awareness and understanding.
- Execute brand governance and enablement initiatives with autonomy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners within Marketing (Brand Strategy, Design and Creative.
- Steward brand building programs to internal teams and agency partners.
- Leverage data and analysis to enhance implementation of brand strategies and design systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in brand operations and/or brand management
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects with autonomy.
- Experience adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, prioritizing work, and planning time effectively.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze and utilize data to improve internal brand governance and enablement systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tech sector background
- Experience scaling brand systems and guiding internal teams
Pay range is $57 - $62 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
