Your opportunity - build the bridge between product and revenue

Are you a product leader who gets energised by the challenge of B2B and enterprise sales? Do you excel at translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for sophisticated partners?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep commercial instincts and technical fluency to spearhead our product strategy for B2B partnerships and enterprise segments. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and operations. You will be the strategic mind and technical authority helping to win key deals, while simultaneously owning the roadmap that will scale our B2B offerings.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a spec. You will operate with the greenfield opportunity of a startup, defining product-market fit in these new arenas, but with the resources and backing of an established scale-up.

What you'll do

  • Act as the product authority in the sales process: you will be the key partner to our enterprise sales team. You'll join high-stakes client calls, lead technical demos, help shape RFPs, and define proofs-of-concept (POCs) that win deals. Your expertise connecting technical capability to commercial opportunity will be the critical link.
  • Own the enterprise roadmap: take full ownership of the product lifecycle for our B2B partnership and enterprise product lines—including our new Crypto Business Accounting product and our distributed solutions. You'll translate complex partner requirements and market signals into a prioritised roadmap.
  • Deeply understand the B2B customer: build lasting relationships with our strategic partners, from accounting firms to major centralised exchanges (CEX) and other Web3 platforms. Become the internal expert on their unique challenges, procurement processes, and integration needs.
  • Think like a GM of your product line: develop robust business cases for new initiatives. You will be accountable for influencing revenue, increasing deal velocity, and ensuring the satisfaction of our key accounts.
  • Drive flawless execution: work within a cross-functional team of world-class engineers and designers to deliver powerful yet elegant solutions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, making smart trade-offs to meet the aggressive deadlines of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Enable our commercial teams: create the essential tools, documentation, and training that empower our Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to sell and support your products with confidence.

Who you are

  • An experienced B2B Product Manager: you have 5+ years of product management experience, with a clear track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS, data, or platform products in a sales-led environment.
  • Deeply rechnical & a systems-thinker: while you don't write production code, you can reason about complex data pipelines, API integrations, and system architecture. You are comfortable discussing the technical nuances of your domain. Experience in fintech, tax-tech, or blockchain is a massive plus.
  • Commercially obsessed & client-facing: you have a founder's instinct for business and are a polished communicator. You can confidently command a room of decision-makers, build relationships, and navigate the political and procurement challenges of enterprise sales.
  • An entrepreneurial operator: you see ambiguity as an opportunity. You have a bias for action, a powerful sense of ownership, and thrive in the "startup phase" of finding product-market fit for new ventures.
  • A master of influence: reporting to the Product Lead, your impact will be felt across the company. You are adept at building consensus with the CEO, COO, Sales, and your direct product team to drive your vision forward.

Bonus points - you'll stand out amongst other applicants if you have any of:

  • Direct experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar pre-sales technical role
  • A background in consulting at a top-tier firm
  • An MBA or an advanced business/technical degree
  • Experience as a founder or an early employee at a B2B startup.
