Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance video content for micro1's social media channels, focusing on horizontal content for YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Create compelling hooks, dynamic captions, motion graphics, and engaging visual elements to increase watch time.
• Incorporate B-roll, sound effects, transitions, speed ramps, zooms, punch-ins, and text animations where appropriate.
• Optimize pacing, music, and audio to produce polished, high-retention content aligned with social media trends.
• Collaborate remotely with the marketing team to understand creative direction and execute content that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Maintain organized project files and deliverables throughout the editing process.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in video editing for platforms like YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software.
• Experience with motion graphics is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content using strong hooks, dynamic captions, jump cuts, graphic overlays, and text animations.
