Critical Sports & Entertainment (CSE) is a high-velocity, multi-division sports and entertainment company operating across athlete management, live events, and culture-driven experiences. With several management divisions and live event brands, CSE is scaling aggressively—building one of the most diverse and ambitious event portfolios in the country.
Over the next 16 months, CSE will produce 50+ live events nationwide across MMA, boxing, wrestling, basketball, soccer, and a multi-city event tour that merges sports, music, and cultural storytelling. Every event represents significant partnership potential with brands across sports, lifestyle, media, and consumer markets.
To match this momentum, we are expanding our sales and partnerships team with driven, motivated individuals ready to grow in a high-upside environment.
The Role
As a Sales & Partnership Associate, you’ll help drive sponsorship and partnership revenue across all 50+ events. Working alongside CSE’s CRO, Senior Vice President of Partnerships, and Director of Partnerships, you will support outreach, pitch brand partners, assist in closing deals, and help manage accounts throughout the activation process.
This is a high-growth, commission-driven role for someone who wants to break into or advance in sports and entertainment partnerships, with the opportunity to transition into a full salary + commission role as the company completes its funding cycle.
What You’ll Do
• Support partnership outreach for 50+ live events across combat sports, basketball, soccer, and entertainment tours
• Identify and research prospective brand sponsors and partnership targets
• Assist in building pitch decks, outreach materials, and proposal frameworks
• Conduct outreach to brands and agencies, helping grow the partnership pipeline
• Support senior executives in closing sponsorships, collaborations, and experiential partnerships
• Help maintain CRM tracking, outreach logs, and performance metrics
• Work cross-divisionally on unique partnership opportunities spanning multiple sports and entertainment categories
Ideal Background
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, or business development
• Passion for sports, entertainment, live events, or experiential marketing
• Strong communicator with polished presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who thrives under commission-driven, results-focused environments
• Excellent at organization, research, and managing multiple leads simultaneously
• Previous sponsorship or sales experience in sports/entertainment (a plus, not a requirement)
