We’re working with an award-winning digital marketing agency looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team.
About the role
An award-winning, certified digital performance marketing agency is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead paid social activity across a portfolio of eCommerce and DTC clients.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role where you will own campaign execution, optimisation and insight generation across platforms such as Meta and TikTok. You will work closely with creative, strategy and account teams to ensure paid social activity is insight-led, commercially aligned and built to scale.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Own day-to-day campaign performance and optimisation
- Analyse performance against key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR and LTV
- Develop audience segmentation and campaign structures using behavioural and product data
- Translate performance insights into clear creative briefs and optimisation actions
- Collaborate with designers, editors and creative strategists to improve creative performance
- Report on results and present insights internally and to clients
Skills and experience
Required:
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads. TikTok experience highly desirable
- Confidence analysing performance data and driving optimisation decisions
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams
Desirable:
- Experience with paid partnerships, whitelisting or Spark Ads
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
- Exposure to wider paid media channels
