The Role

We’re looking for a talented Content Lead who can bring clarity, creativity, and direction to a wide range of projects. You’ll work closely with clients to shape narratives, structure content, and deliver standout communications that resonate at every level of business.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B content, marketing, or executive communications
• Excellent storytelling skills, particularly for presentation and visual-led formats
• Strong writing, editing, and structuring expertise across slides, scripts, and long-form copy
• Confidence shaping briefs through direct client engagement
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, including executives, and run workshops
• Skill in translating technical or complex ideas into engaging, audience-appropriate narratives
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to own projects end-to-end

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise technology or B2B SaaS brands
• Background in executive-level content such as speeches, keynotes, or internal comms
• Interest in using AI tools to support content creation and workflows
• Familiarity with tone-of-voice guidelines across large content programmes
• Agency or consultancy experience with global clients
• Defined storytelling processes or frameworks
• Ability to set and manage content standards across accounts
• Desire to mentor and support the growth of a content team
