Details:Start-up experience required Strong tech/cybersecurity background needed Full-time, direct hire Fully remote position – must be in the United States $150-220k + annual bonus Comprehensive health plan, covered 100% by company Job Summary Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing to build out & lead all internal marketing initiatives. This person will partner with senior leadership to drive lead generation, unify messaging, strengthen brand positioning, and support growth across the firm. The ideal candidate will be successful in developing a marketing roadmap while also executing campaigns, writing copy, and driving results. They should bring expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, and content strategy, with proven success in building pipeline, boosting brand awareness, and deepening engagement. Job Responsibilities: Define and execute marketing vision aligned to revenue priorities. Build core marketing infrastructure, budget, and team; manage agencies and global stakeholders. Partner with leadership to align cross-functional priorities and demonstrate clear ownership of marketing goals. Communicate effectively with executives and boards. Design and run demand gen and ABM campaigns across digital channels (email, social, paid). Partner with sales on enablement, toolkits, and joint planning. Measure funnel performance (MQL ? Revenue), optimize CAC/LTV, and drive content-led growth. Refine brand positioning, messaging, and GTM alignment. Elevate web, social, PR, and thought leadership presence. Support events with integrated campaigns and pre/post engagement strategies. Develop co-marketing and GTM programs with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.). Optimize martech stack, CRM, and analytics tools; deploy AI-driven solutions. Manage budgets, vendors, and processes for scalable, high-impact marketing. Qualifications: 5–8+ years leading B2B/professional services marketing strategy and execution. Proven ability to drive pipeline and tie marketing to closed-won revenue. Expertise in broad demand programs and targeted ABM using tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora. Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, attribution, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, analytics/BI, and AI tools. Experience building GTM motions with partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.). Knowledge of cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity; able to market complex services to technical and business buyers. Strong writing skills and ability to craft persuasive, sales-driven messaging. Skilled in campaign management, automation, SEO/SEM, and analytics. Strong organizational skills; experience managing priorities, agencies, and in-house teams. Comfortable with funnel metrics (MQL ? SQL ? Revenue), CAC/LTV, and ROI analysis. Proven success aligning with sales, product, and events. Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. ,
