Having completed our Series A capital raise led by EVP, the Impact Investment Group's Giant Leap Fund, and Main Sequence Ventures, we’re continuing to change the landscape of health as people know it and are passionate about breaking down the barrier of distance and enabling fair and equitable access to healthcare for everyone.
The Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to enable the Coviu team to scale efficiently and sustainably.
This is a highly hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for optimising systems, processes, and insights across the entire revenue funnel. You’ll play a critical role in improving ACV, conversion, and retention through data-driven decision-making, strong CRM ownership, and close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll help ensure teams have the systems, data, and insights they need to make informed decisions and drive better revenue outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Own and optimise Coviu’s end-to-end revenue funnel to improve ACV, conversion, retention, and reporting accuracy
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across Marketing, Sales, and Customer stages and help implement practical improvements
- Act as the day-to-day owner of HubSpot, ensuring clean data, reliable reporting, and effective workflows
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support Growth team decision-making
- Analyse revenue, pipeline, and lead performance to surface insights and improvement opportunities
- Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for the Growth team
- Support forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across Growth
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align on processes, metrics, and execution
- Improve tools, automation, and ways of working to increase efficiency across the revenue lifecycle
- Stay curious about new RevOps, SalesOps, and AI tools and help test ideas that could improve outcomes
Desirable experience and skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in RevOps/SalesOps, with evidence of owning CRM, reporting, and funnel improvements end-to-end
- Strong hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
- A commercial mindset, with a clear focus on driving revenue outcomes and understanding the impact of decisions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- A proactive, self-directed approach - you identify opportunities and take ownership of solutions
- Experience building/owning RevOps in a scaling B2B SaaS
- Solid technical awareness of CRMs, data structures, and automation, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly AI and how it can improve revenue performance
- Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not essential.
