Online Growth & E-Commerce lead

Have you successfully grown sales through Amazon, Shopify or TikTok Shop?

Mellanmål Inc is looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Lead to help build the next generation of Nordic better-for-you snacks in the United States.

We already have much of the infrastructure in place:

• US company and operations

• FDA compliance and import setup

• Amazon store

• Shopify store

• TikTok Shop

• 3PL logistics partner

• Distribution relationships and industry network

What we need now is someone who knows how to drive traffic that turns into sales and sales into growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a hands-on builder who enjoys testing, learning, improving and making things happen.

You may have experience with:

• Amazon growth and optimization

• Shopify conversion and retention

• TikTok Shop and social commerce

• Influencer and affiliate programs

• Paid acquisition through Meta, Google, TikTok or Amazon Ads

• Email and SMS marketing

• Analytics, funnels and growth experiments

You do not need experience in every area, but you should have a proven track record of driving online sales.

Your primary focus will be helping us grow our US e-commerce business across Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop.

You will also have the opportunity to help launch and scale a separate Swedish e-commerce initiative focused on snacks and products for Swedish travelers, backed by a major travel media partner with significant reach.

At this stage, we are not offering a fixed salary.

Instead, compensation can be structured through a combination of:

• Equity

• Revenue share

• Direct commission on sales

• Performance-based incentives

A salaried position may become possible once the business generates sufficient recurring revenue.

We are looking for someone who believes in building long-term value and wants to be part of creating something meaningful from the ground up.

The role has the potential to develop into a key leadership position as the company grows.
