Product Manager - Industrial Materials

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead new product introduction activities from concept through commercialization.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including portfolio optimization and product phase-out initiatives.
• Analyze pricing, profitability, and market positioning to support sustainable growth.
• Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure successful product development and launch execution.
• Build strong market intelligence and act as a voice of the customer within the organization.
• Support strategic decision-making through business case development and data-driven analysis.

Profile

• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Portfolio Management.
• Background within advanced materials, specialty chemicals, industrial technology, or related sectors.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
