The Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for managing social media marketing, digital marketing strategy, web analytics, online marketing campaigns, and communication efforts to enhance the company's online presence. The position requires an analytical, innovative marketer who combines excellence and rigor in media optimization with creative storytelling. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join the team and build integrated full funnel programs. The ideal candidate should possess foundational knowledge in analytics, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, and a strong desire to yield impactful performance-oriented results.

This role will drive both strategy and execution for all digital marketing initiatives, including growing pipeline for new logo sales and expanding new product adoption for current clients. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and who works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Email Marketing: Coordinate the design and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Content Management: Create, curate, and manager digital content across all platforms, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media channels.
  • Digital Advertising: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts, such as personalized content recommendations, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Assist in working with influencers, bloggers, and partners to enhance the digital reach and credibility of the brand.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, AI advancements, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and customer needs
  • Responsible for driving measurable results in digital campaigns, including increasing lead generation, conversions, and product adoption for current clients

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • B2B SaaS experience is required.
  • Social media content creation & management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, social media management tools).
  • Strong analytical and creative skills with the ability to contribute to innovative digital content and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices & regulations
  • The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter who can independently manage projects and drive results with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with HubSpot & Salesforce
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, AI-driven analytics).
  • An eye for clean, modern graphic design that aligns with being a premium brand
