About the Role

The Project Manager, Client Success & Engagement is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of Conexiant's pharmaceutical and healthcare engagement programs, including Advisory Boards, MD and AP Insight Forums, Virtual Grand Rounds, Clinical Pearls, Peer Perspectives, and other custom educational initiatives. Serving as the day-to-day operational lead for assigned client programs, this individual partners closely with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Content, Recruitment, Production, and external stakeholders to ensure every engagement is delivered on time, on budget, and with a best-in-class client experience. This role requires exceptional project management skills, outstanding communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple client engagement programs simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Monitor project budgets, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Escalate issues proactively and recommend solutions before they impact clients.
  • Client Success
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate client kickoff meetings, planning calls, status updates, and post-program reviews.
  • Deliver a responsive, proactive, white-glove client experience throughout every engagement.
  • Manage client expectations while ensuring outstanding communication.
  • Build trusted relationships with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, and agency partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with: Sales, Clinical Affairs, Recruitment, Editorial & Content, Production, Digital Operations, Marketing, Finance to ensure seamless execution of every program.
  • Meeting & Event Management
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of: Advisory Boards, MD Insight Forums, AP Insight Forums, Virtual Grand Rounds, Clinical Pearls, Peer Perspective Programs, Speaker Preparation Meetings, Faculty Meetings, Live and Virtual Educational Programs.
  • Responsibilities include: project timelines, meeting logistics, faculty coordination, attendee communications, production schedules, vendor coordination, material distribution, post-program deliverables.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Track budgets and project expenses.
  • Monitor deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ensure quality control across all program materials.
  • Recommend workflow improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Support the development of standardized project management best practices.
  • Communication
  • Provide regular communication to: Clients, Internal stakeholders, Faculty, Recruitment teams, Sales leadership including: weekly status reports, project updates, risk identification, action items, meeting recaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4–7 years of project management experience.
  • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical communications, healthcare events, or medical education preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong client-facing experience.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.

Pay range and compensation package

Depending on experience, the salary can range from $79,000 to $85,000 plus.
