Klaviyo Email Marketing Copywriter/Strategist Account Manager

Compound Flows is looking for a Klaviyo email marketing specialist, that is also a GREAT copywriter for DTC ecommerce emails. (Bonus points if you have worked and have experience with brands with subscriptions.)

Compound Flows is a fast-growing e-commerce email marketing agency helping 7-9 figure ecommerce brands drive 30–50% of their revenue through Klaviyo. We specialize in done-for-you email campaign execution with a tight, process-driven team of marketers, creatives, and techs. We’re known for our speed, precision, and commitment to ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for our highest-value clients.
• Support, train, and manage a team/pod of an email designer & Klaviyo tech.
• Step in to solve urgent client or workflow issues with confidence and clarity.
• Copywriting for DTC emails, using a mix of our Claude prompts and manually "copy cheifing" it
• Conduct QA reviews and guide strategic improvements.
• Communicate performance updates clearly and tactfully.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years experience in Klaviyo DTC email marketing
• Agency experience or a strong track record in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of Klaviyo, flows, campaigns, and deliverability best practices.
• Confident problem solver, and happy to push back on ideas.
• Based somewhere that overlaps with Australia for time zone and culture alignment. (Asia, Phillipines, etc)

Work Arrangement:

• Contract position
• Fully remote!

Salary:

• 1200USD Monthly base payment, plus additional 300USD payment per managed brand.
