Remote Copywriter

Most copywriting jobs want someone to “write texts.”

We’re looking for someone who understands how words influence attention, emotions, clicks, engagement, and sales.

At Coando, we build communication systems for online brands and communities. Your job will not be to write boring corporate content nobody reads. You’ll create copy that actually performs.

This role is fully remote and focused on creative, sales-oriented writing across different formats and audiences.

What you’ll do

• Write engaging and conversion-focused copy for social media, paid ads, landing pages, captions, chat scripts, campaigns, and internal projects

• Adapt writing style depending on the target audience and platform

• Brainstorm hooks, angles, CTAs, and campaign ideas with the team

• Improve existing copy based on performance and feedback

• Create clear content instructions and communicate creative ideas effectively

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and content teams

• Help shape brand voice and communication strategies

What we’re looking for

• Strong English writing skills

• Ability to write naturally, emotionally, and persuasively

• Understanding of online culture, trends, and modern communication styles

• Creativity and the ability to generate original ideas consistently

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Reliable communication and ability to work independently

• Experience in copywriting, marketing, content creation, social media, or sales communication is a plus but not mandatory
