As our Director of Marketing Operations you will redefine the possible for how we go to market by ensuring our systems, processes and data pipelines are built for scale, quality, insights and adaptability. Operating as a force multiplier for our global marketing team, your charter will include unifying our customer journey across all of our platforms and leading innovation through AI. You’ll mentor and lead a team of talented marketing operations professionals while continuing to build on the strong foundation of tech and processes currently supporting our $1b+ cyber insurance practice. In addition, you’ll be hands on with designing and implementing lead management insights and capabilities for our scaling cybersecurity SaaS product and partner with channel and campaign owners to uplevel their analytics and insights If you get energized by designing systems, setting direction and then rolling up your sleeves to get it done with a high performing team around you, you’ll love working here. Responsibilities

  • Define the Marketing Operations roadmap - lead operational processes, systems, data, and team-wide adoption to drive accountability for Coalition’s overall go-to-market success
  • Own and scale Coalition’s marketing tech stack strategy and integration into our core Business systems - ensuring data pipelines and processes are in place to drive business growth goals
  • Lead a Marketing Operations team that is passionate about impact and quality while maintaining a high degree of alignment with key cross functional operational partners in Sales Ops and BizOps
  • Champion data integrity and health within our systems to improve how Campaign owners and Product Marketers segment, target, and report on the business to continually raise our baseline performance
  • Drive systems and processes to continually improve Coalition’s audience journey and how our campaigns, channels and content plug in to thoughtfully raise awareness, engagement and intent
  • Improve lead management, scoring, conversion and business outcomes by ensuring complete handoffs and healthy feedback loops with Sales and cross-functional partners
  • Mature and evolve marketing analytics, insights and attribution to measure effectiveness, campaign execution, and spend allocation decisions. Work cross-functionally to develop and socialize analytics while building visibility across performance through the right forums and cadence of reporting
  • Serve as the internal Marketing expert on AI, building a system for the greater team to advance how work gets done effectively and efficiently, while partnering with key functions on GTM AI use cases

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 7+ years of marketing operations experience at a fast-growing company
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Experience operating marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo), with a strong understanding of downstream integration with CRM (i.e. Salesforce), plus other tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (Looker) is a plus
  • Fundamental interest in the operational underpinnings of marketing activities such as digital marketing, email marketing
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Proficiency in analyzing, setting priorities, and solving complex problems effectively
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and sense of ownership and accountability
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Comfort with change in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $148,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $221,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
