We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually engaging, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. If you have a strong eye for layout, usability, and modern web aesthetics, this role is a great fit.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and digital experiences
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability and conversion
• Design web assets such as banners, icons, and illustrations
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Conduct design iterations based on feedback and data
• Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and standards

✅ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in web or UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, typography, and color theory
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first websites
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is an advantage
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
