About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Organic Digital Marketing Manager to own and evolve our full-spectrum organic growth strategy. This is not a traditional SEO role. It’s a multidisciplinary position for a marketer who combines technical SEO mastery, data-driven decision-making, conversion optimization, and AI-assisted marketing operations.
You’ll lead the organic acquisition engine — optimizing everything from search rankings and site experience to content performance and CRM automation — and collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, design, and analytics teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute advanced SEO strategies using keyword clustering, topic modeling, and semantic search analysis.
- Implement robust on-page SEO (structured data, metadata, internal linking, canonicalization).
- Own technical SEO audits and fixes: site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, and mobile readiness.
- Lead backlink acquisition and authority-building strategies, including outreach and digital PR.
- Manage local SEO where applicable (GBP optimization, citations, NAP consistency).
Website Optimization & CRO
- Drive continuous CRO experimentation across key user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Utilize UX tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Crazy Egg) for behavior analysis and heatmapping.
- Work closely with design/dev teams to wireframe, test, and deploy SEO- and CRO-friendly pages.
- Manage form optimization, CTA testing, and progressive profiling.
Analytics & Reporting
- Lead analytics strategy across GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Implement advanced attribution modeling and funnel diagnostics to measure organic impact.
Content Operations (Non-Copywriting)
- Coordinate with content team on optimization, governance, and performance tracking.
- Conduct gap analysis and competitor benchmarking to shape the content roadmap.
- Oversee content repurposing workflows — turning blog posts into social, video, and email-ready formats.
- Manage CMS operations (WordPress, Webflow), including schema and light HTML/CSS edits.
Email & Marketing Automation
- Grow and segment email lists through organic lead gen (SEO-optimized forms, lead magnets, webinars).
- Build lifecycle automation flows tied to behavior and content engagement.
- Optimize deliverability (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) and email performance (open/click rate A/B tests).
- Ensure accurate CRM integration and lead routing.
Organic Social & Community Growth
- Drive platform-native strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit.
- Execute growth tactics: engagement loops, employee advocacy, hashtag strategy, social SEO.
- Build and engage in niche communities (LinkedIn Groups, Slack, Discord).
- Use social listening tools (Mention, Brandwatch) to monitor trends, sentiment, and competitor activity.
Data, Tagging & Martech
- Own tag management via GTM for event tracking, schema injection, and funnel analytics.
- Maintain UTM hygiene and consistent taxonomy across all organic campaigns.
- Collaborate with RevOps to sync organic insights into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Troubleshoot with light HTML/CSS/JavaScript for front-end fixes when needed.
AI Integration
- Use AI tools to scale SEO (e.g., keyword clustering, audits), automate reporting, and optimize campaign execution.
- Constantly evaluate new AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and performance across all organic channels.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in organic digital marketing with proven results in SEO, CRO, and analytics.
- Deep expertise in GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CMSs, Looker Studio, and GTM.
- Demonstrated success in building and optimizing organic funnels across search, email, and social.
- Proficiency with martech stacks (CRM, automation platforms, schema tools).
- Strong data literacy with BI/reporting tools and attribution modeling.
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS and light JavaScript for web troubleshooting.
- Strategic thinker with tactical chops — able to both ideate and execute.
- Bonus: experience leveraging AI in content ops, SEO, or reporting and B2B Saas in Healthcare/Healthtech
