Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to drive business growth, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Daily tasks will include market research, cold calling, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and attending meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate your own leads through field sales activity
  • Approach and engage local businesses to promote Beewise’s solutions
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through persistence and resilience

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
