Consultant & Marketing Strategist (Finance / Tech)

Remote · Part-time · Flexible hours

You join CIELO as a consultant, strategist, and client-facing team member. You help us build and maintain strong relationships with clients while leading marketing and growth initiatives, especially across LinkedIn and digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Relationship building & client care
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Understand client goals, keep them updated, and make sure they feel supported and informed.
• LinkedIn outreach & presence
• Use LinkedIn to build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients (connection requests, follow-ups, content engagement).
• Support outreach campaigns for specific offers: researching profiles, preparing outreach lists, and sending or reviewing personalized messages.
• Help ensure that client and CIELO profiles look credible, active, and aligned with our positioning.
• Meeting setup & coordination
• Make sure all client and prospect meetings are scheduled, confirmed, and show up in the calendar.
• Send reminders or follow-ups via LinkedIn, email, or phone, and call people if needed to confirm important meetings.indeed
• Call people, manage schedules, close & onboard new opportunities
• Ensure the right team members are invited and prepared (agenda, documents, key talking points).
• Client calls & strategy
• Join client discovery and consulting sessions, usually every two weeks.
• Lead or co-lead conversations about goals, priorities, and next steps, especially on LinkedIn/content/growth topics.gofractional
• Translate calls into clear action items for the CIELO team
• Project leadership
• Act as project lead on assigned accounts: track progress, check deliverables, and monitor success.
• Coordinate between the client and the execution team (CIELO or your own) to keep timelines and expectations aligned
• Leverage AI to learn and move efficient

Hourly + Commission ( Marketing & Skilled needed )
