Role Description Operations Partner - This isn't your average 9-to-5 office job.
This is a strategic role for ambitious operators ready to work at the convergence of Chief of Staff operations and GTM Engineering. You'll work during US/UK business hours (typically 4pm-12am MENA time) as the founder's strategic right-hand across multiple time zones.
We're not looking for traditional employees. We're looking for entrepreneurial operators who think like business owners, not task executors.
Two roles that didn't exist five years ago - Chief of Staff and GTM Engineering - are now the most in-demand positions for scaling startups. They're converging because founders need operators who can think across the entire business, not just execute tasks in silos.
Requirements
- Hunger, initiative, and proactivity
- Near-native or very fluent English
- A degree in (nothing).. we do not care what is your background, our best chiefs backgrounds are in healthcare, law, and computer engineering, some are still in their early 20s.
- Locations (Remote): Preference for the following cities and their surrounding regions Riyadh, Dubai, Damascus, London.
Bonus if you've:
- Made $1K+ freelancing/online
- Built your own company/side hustle before
- Published Research
- Lead organizations/ managed teams
- Had 2+ years experience in operations, consulting, sales, marketing, or high-growth environments
What you'll actually do:
- Manage strategic projects that directly impact revenue and growth
- Build and optimize go-to-market systems: lead generation, sales processes, customer success workflows
- Handle executive-level communications with stakeholders, investors, and key clients
- Support strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations
- Create executive presentations, board reports, and strategic documentation
- Implement and optimize business systems (CRM, analytics, automation tools)
- Act as the founder's integrator - connecting dots across different business functions
What we're looking for:
- Freelancing or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred - you understand client relationships and business ownership
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and see how different business functions connect
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to optimize systems for revenue impact
- Executive-level communication skills - you can present to investors and stakeholders
- Technical proficiency with business systems and rapid learning ability
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
- Comfortable working evening hours (4pm-12am MENA time) with US/UK clients
- Fluent English communication and cultural awareness for international clients
