Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop, lead and grow our outbound sales systems . This role is critical to building our sales infrastructure, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be strategic, friendly, entrepreneurial, and have a passion for delivering technical solutions in the energy space. This position offers the opportunity to shape the company’s outbound sales systems and expand our market presence both in Ireland and internationally. The Role:
● Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify, qualify, and convert new commercial and industrial clients.
● Build and manage outbound sales systems and tools to support scalable business development processes.
● Research target markets, sectors, and companies to generate leads and create tailored outreach campaigns.
● Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to understand service offerings and align them with client needs.
● Engage with prospective clients through cold outreach, email, calls, and networking to present solutions and generate interest.
● Maintain and manage CRM tools to track pipeline activity, leads, and sales progress.
● Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent Celtic Dynamics and build relationships with decision-makers.
● Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations in collaboration with technical staff.
● Analyse performance metrics to assess sales effectiveness and refine strategy as needed.
● Provide market feedback to inform marketing and service development efforts.
● Work with team mates to ensure outbound systems are implemented correctly.
Required Skills and Experience for the Role:
● 5+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in energy, engineering, or technical services.
● Experience and track record of B2B sales to clients with over 250 employees.
● Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold outreach, and converting prospects into clients.
● Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
● Experience in building and refining sales processes, systems, and pipelines.
● Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, or similar HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools.
● Self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently toward revenue targets.
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
● A genuine interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and engineering innovation.
● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Salary:
€50,000 - €60,000 per annum base salary based on experience.
Location and Travel:
Celtic Dynamics is based in Galway City, Co. Galway, Ireland. This is a remote role, but there may be requirements for travel throughout Ireland and internationally for client meetings, conferences, and project development.
Driving Licence:
A full driving licence is desirable to accommodate travel requirements.
