We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Growth Manager – Airports (Amer) to join our Growth Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Airports (Amer), you’ll lead the charge on expanding CAVU’s Propel SaaS solutions and Marketplace offerings into airports and off-airport commercial partners across the Americas.

This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic airport partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets — driving forward CAVU’s footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritise, and engage airports and off-airport commercial partners with high growth potential.
  • Lead sales and growth strategies aligned with CAVU’s business objectives for the region.
  • Sell and expand SaaS solutions including parking reservation, pricing, yield management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Deliver against ambitious revenue and market share targets.
  • Nurture and grow long-term partnerships to drive adoption of Propel SaaS and increase inventory share.
  • Negotiate agreements in line with the CAVU rate card, securing mutually beneficial commercial terms.
  • Support positioning of Propel as a market-leading, differentiated proposition.
  • Collaborate with B2B marketing to craft compelling value propositions and sales collateral.
  • Cross-sell Propel SaaS and Marketplace offerings to maximise value per client.
  • Maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline, actively progressing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation through to product demonstrations, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

About You:Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving SaaS ecommerce system and inventory growth in the travel or technology sectors.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and partnership management.
  • Solid understanding of the travel market landscape including airports, seaports, and general travel trends.
