About Cascade Asia
Cascade Asia is an Asia-focused intelligence and risk advisory firm helping global brands, investors, and international organizations understand and manage supply chain, labor, and ESG risks. We specialize in field-verified human intelligence (HUMINT), data-driven risk insights, and actionable briefings across Asia.
As we expand our product suite we are looking for a creative, structured marketing and content professional who can help position Cascade Asia as a thought leader in Asia’s ESG, supply chain, and risk intelligence space.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing and content elements that bring Cascade Asia’s products and insights to market. This includes creating high-quality marketing materials, coordinating content for our blog, and shaping communication strategies that elevate our brand and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate combines a storyteller’s instinct with a strategist’s mindset: able to translate complex risk intelligence into accessible, visually clear, and commercially effective materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Thought Leadership
- Work directly with analysts and leadership to turn research insights into compelling stories, briefings, and blog posts.
- Draft and edit articles for our blog, Cascade Asia’s in-house publication, highlighting key trends, data insights, and regional developments.
- Create content calendars, manage publishing schedules, and ensure consistent messaging across channels (LinkedIn, email, and blog).
Marketing Collateral
- Design and produce one-pagers, case studies, and product brochures for new services.
- Develop and refine email campaign templates for outreach and client engagement.
- Support copywriting for website landing pages and product launches.
Go-to-Market Support
- Collaborate on the rollout of new products with aligned messaging and launch assets.
- Assist in organizing webinars and online briefings with external partners and industry media.
- Coordinate press and social media outreach to strengthen visibility and industry positioning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in B2B content marketing, communications, or research-driven storytelling.
- Proven ability to write and edit clearly for senior executive audiences.
- Familiarity with topics like ESG, supply chains, labor rights, or emerging markets preferred.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B lead generation tactics.
- Experience creating high-quality marketing assets (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools).
- Organized and self-directed; comfortable managing multiple deadlines across projects.

- Excellent writer with an analytical mindset and an editorial eye.
- Ability to translate technical data or intelligence into plain-English insights.
- A keen interest in sustainability, ethical sourcing, and the intersection of conducting business and ethical behavior.
