Position DetailsTitle: Digital Site MerchandiserDepartment: D2C MerchandiserReports to:Director, eCommerce Merchandising and BuyingLocation: DearbornJob Classification: RemoteFLSA Status: ExemptJob Band: ProfessionalJob Summary The Digital Site Merchandiser is responsible for bringing product to life across the ecommerce experience — ensuring it is accurate, discoverable, compelling, and positioned to convert. This role balances operational excellence with commercial curiosity, executing product launches while identifying opportunities to optimize the digital shelf and enhance the customer journey. Working cross-functionally, the Site Merchandiser translates product strategy into a seamless online experience that drives engagement and business performance. Associate ResponsibilitiesProduct Activation & Digital Shelf Execution

  • Execute end-to-end product launches, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery
  • Maintain product data, imagery, taxonomy, pricing, and merchandising integrity
  • Own merchandising across navigation, search, filters, facets, and product listing experiences
  • Align product presentation to seasonal storytelling and commercial objectives

Site Merchandising & Optimization

  • Analyze product and category performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and sell-through
  • Recommend merchandising enhancements including placement, sorting logic, cross-linking, and content improvements
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and partner cross-functionally to resolve them
  • Support testing initiatives and apply insights to improve PDP and category experiences

Business Ownership & Partnership

  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Creative, UX/Product, and Data teams to support launch readiness and ongoing optimization
  • Communicate priorities, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Align site execution with broader product and marketing strategies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the digital experience and grow the business

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Ecommerce or Related Field; or equivalent years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital merchandising, or related field
  • Retail or consumer product experience preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and operational execution
  • Customer-first perspective with a passion for digital experiences
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership mentality, and proactive problem solving
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS/PIM tools, or analytics solutions preferred

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

  • Predominately remote work with requirement to work in-office as needed and attend in studio photo shoots
  • Light lifting (10-15 lbs)
  • Travel (5%)
  • After hours and weekend hours if necessary
  • This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
