What This Role Will Focus On

  • Edit long-form and short-form content for clarity, tone, and consistency
  • Refine thought leadership articles, blogs, reports, and digital content
  • Ensure adherence to brand voice and editorial guidelines
  • Fact-check and verify accuracy of information
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers
  • Manage editorial calendars and deadlines
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams
  • Maintain high standards of style, grammar, and storytelling

Skills & Experience Required

  • 4–8 years of professional writing and editing experience
  • Strong command of American English grammar and style
  • Experience editing digital and thought leadership content
  • Familiarity with AP Style or similar editorial standards
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
