About the Opportunity

Careerscape is partnering with a creative design company to hire a Remote Graphic Designer for their fully distributed team. This is a strong opportunity for a visually-driven designer with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand identity who's ready to take on a varied portfolio of client work.

In this role, you'll create polished, on-brand design work across digital channels — from brand systems and marketing collateral to social content and campaign assets. You'll collaborate closely with clients, creative directors, and fellow designers to translate ideas into visuals that genuinely move the needle.

What You'll Do

• Design compelling visual assets for digital platforms, including web, social, email, and paid campaigns
• Partner with clients to understand creative briefs, brand goals, and project requirements
• Develop branding systems and marketing collateral — logos, style guides, decks, and campaign creative
• Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across every project and touchpoint
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep work fresh and relevant
• Contribute to team brainstorms, creative reviews, and concept development sessions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus, especially for digital and web-focused projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects on parallel timelines
• A polished portfolio demonstrating range across branding, digital, and marketing design
