Social Media & Partnerships ManagerRemote (England) | £30,000 - £40,000

We're working with a growing lifestyle DTC brand that is looking for a Social Media & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of content, creator partnerships and social growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building rather than managing from the sidelines. You'll be trusted to make things happen, spot opportunities, test ideas and help drive brand awareness through a mix of content, creators and collaborations.

The business is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants genuine ownership over their work.

The Role

This position sits at the centre of the brand's social and partnership activity, combining content creation, influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, executing campaigns and helping grow an engaged audience across multiple channels.

No two days will look the same. One day you may be filming content, the next reviewing creator partnerships or launching a collaborative campaign with another brand.

What You'll Be DoingSocial Media & Content

  • Create, film and edit content for social channels
  • Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Develop content ideas based on trends, insights and audience behaviour
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support content planning and campaign execution

Influencer Marketing

  • Research and identify creators aligned with the brand
  • Manage influencer activity from briefing through to reporting
  • Review content and provide feedback where required
  • Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and partners

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify complementary brands for partnership opportunities
  • Develop and execute collaborative campaigns
  • Coordinate competitions, giveaways and audience growth initiatives
  • Explore new ways to increase reach and brand awareness

Performance & Insights (paid social)

  • Monitor content and campaign performance
  • Identify high-performing organic content for paid amplification
  • Use data and platform insights to guide future activity
  • Report on key metrics and growth opportunities

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

You'll likely have experience in a social media, influencer or content-focused role within a consumer brand and be looking for an opportunity with greater responsibility.

You'll be:

  • Naturally creative
  • Organised and reliable
  • Curious about trends, creators and emerging platforms

Experience Required

  • 2+ years' experience in social media, content or influencer marketing
  • Experience working within a consumer-facing brand
  • Comfortable creating content yourself, including filming and editing
  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns
  • Understanding of paid social platforms and performance metrics
  • Strong taste, with a genuine eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong visual judgement and attention to detail
  • Portfolio or examples of content you have personally created
