Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and leadership skills will be instrumental in building brand awareness and fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alliances & Outreach – Build and nurture relationships with agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
- Analytics & Performance Insights – Track campaign effectiveness, assess key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Campaign Execution & Engagement – Plan and manage digital and social campaigns that drive audience interaction and align with business goals.
- Content & Creative Direction – Oversee the creation of impactful marketing assets and storytelling that connect with the target audience.
- Cross-functional Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth – Design and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach to marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, PR campaigns, and external brand partnerships.
- Strong copywriting abilities with a deep understanding of engaging brand messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine marketing strategies for improved results.
- Proven track record in brand marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution within the beauty, personal care, haircare, skincare, or cosmetics industries.
- Bonus: Sales experience is a plus and is welcome.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £45,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate).
- Remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in the United Kingdom.
