Launch Your Career in B2B Sales – 1+ Year Experience Required (Remote, UK)Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location:Remote (UK-based) must be willing to travel to our London office when requiredSalary: £27,500 basic + £10–15k commission (uncapped)

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage potential business clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Build a consistent pipeline and hit weekly/monthly activity targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and outreach
  • Learn and apply proven B2B sales frameworks and tools (CRM, sequencing, intent data)

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of SDR/BDR or relevant B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a confident phone manner
  • Resilient, target-driven, and coachable with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
  • UK-based, able to travel to our London office for team days, training, or client meetings when requiredWhat You’ll Get
