Marketing Lead – B2B Services (Recruitment Support Sector)Location: Remote (UK-based, ideally London)

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

Type: Full-Time (Open to 4 days/week for the right candidate)

With roots in the UK and growing traction in the US, our mission is simple: enable staffing leaders to scale with ease.

Founded 8 years ago, our company is driven by a founder who is passionate about people, obsessed with quality, and focused on sustainable growth. Our clients are recruitment firms—mostly UK-based—expanding into new markets. We’ve scaled through reputation, referrals, and delivering real value. Now, it’s time to build our first formal marketing function and we’re looking for someone ambitious to own and lead it.

The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to build a marketing function from scratch at a company that’s poised to double or triple in size. You’ll work directly with the founder, bringing structure, energy, and strategy to our marketing efforts. This is not a brand-awareness role. This is about pipeline, leads, content, and action.

We’re looking for a generalist marketer with experience in the recruitment or staffing sector who can build demand, create content, and generate qualified leads. This is a hands-on role with fast-track growth potential—ideal for someone who sees themselves as a future VP of Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute the company’s first marketing strategy
  • Develop and run lead-generation campaigns, email marketing, and outreach
  • Support and amplify the founder’s personal brand and thought leadership
  • Create compelling content (webinars, blogs, podcasts, events, etc.)
  • Collaborate on event planning including trade shows and client meetups
  • Drive social media presence, primarily LinkedIn (we currently have none)
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn to manage campaigns
  • Partner with a marketing intern and other external collaborators
  • Analyze performance and track ROI (not a data-heavy role, but outcome-driven)
  • Leverage internal and external networks for growth opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For
  • 5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in the recruitment or staffing sector
  • Experience in a contract-driven, B2B service business
  • A hands-on generalist with strong execution skills and commercial focus
  • Excellent content creation skills (writing, digital campaigns, events)
  • Confidence and creativity to shape marketing from the ground up
  • Strong understanding of lead generation (not SEO/PPC heavy)
  • Resourceful, driven, hungry for growth and promotion
  • Willing to own the department and grow into a senior leadership role
  • Based in London or commutable – occasional in-person events and meetings
  • Bonus: Experience supporting recruitment firms expanding into the US
