About the Role
We’re looking for a Multi-Channel Growth Marketer to lead digital growth across Amazon, paid media, and email marketing. You’ll combine analytical thinking, creativity, and automation to scale campaigns and optimize the entire customer journey, from first interaction to long-term loyalty.
This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting directly to the founders, with clear growth potential into a leadership position.
What You’ll Do
- Amazon Growth: Manage the Amazon account, including promotions, listings, and PPC campaigns. Build and monitor ad budgets based on historical data and strategy communicated by management, and report results clearly.
- Paid Media: Run and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads with continuous message and creative testing. Manage budgets and performance tracking across all paid platforms.
- **Email/SMS & Retention: Own Klaviyo —**build and refine campaigns and flows that engage and retain customers through segmentation and RFM insights.
- Optimization & Automation: Improve the customer journey using data and automation. Build processes and integrations to scale and optimize marketing efforts.
- Communication & Organization: Work asynchronously through Notion, Asana, Slack, Miro, Figma, and Google Workspace, sharing clear priorities, minimizing meetings, and maintaining alignment with management.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing Amazon accounts (PPC, listings, keywords, promotions).
- Strong command of media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and Shopify.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing.
- Analytical and budget-savvy - able to use data to guide decisions.
- Technically adept - comfortable working with APIs, automations, and integrations.
- Self-managed, highly organized, and proactive communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in async environments.
- A doer and a thinker - you can build effective growth strategies, but also execute them.
