At Branch, we power every touchpoint with links that work and insights that prove it. From click to conversion, we make growth measurable. Our unparalleled attribution, backed by AI-enhanced linking, is trusted to deliver seamless experiences that increase ROI, decrease wasted spend, and eliminate siloed attribution. We bring the same rigor to how we build our team, by empowering our people to move fast, own outcomes, and build something that matters. We take pride in making meaningful investments in our team’s health, wealth, and growth so individuals can thrive as we scale. Our culture values smart, humble, and collaborative teammates who take accountability and drive results in an environment where their work truly moves the business forward. We are innovative, scaling with purpose, and led by seasoned leaders who know how to build enduring companies. Trusted by brands like Instacart, Western Union, NBCUniversal, ZocDoc, and Sephora, we’re big enough to matter, small enough for you to make a real impact. If you’re excited by the grit of building, rapid learning, and shaping the future of customer growth, you’ll find your place here. We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can turn organic and AI search into a predictable growth engine. You’ll own our SEO/AEO roadmap end-to-end from technical audits and content strategy to keyword research and site optimization with a focus on driving qualified traffic, improving rankings, and lifting conversion across key pages. You’ll work closely with Growth, Brand, Content and Product Marketing to build a scalable SEO/AEO program that compounds over time. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, deeply analytical, constantly up-to-date with the latest techniques and energized by ranking wins, technical fixes, and content that actually performs. As a Senior SEO Specialist You Will

  • Lead ongoing keyword research (traditional SEO + AEO) to identify high-intent opportunities and emerging topics.
  • Own and develop the organic content strategy, partnering with writers, designers, and web stakeholders to publish best-in-class content.
  • Drive on-page optimization across core landing pages, product pages, and blog content to improve both rankings and conversion.
  • Manage and expand link-building initiatives, including outreach and partnerships that improve domain authority.
  • Monitor and report on performance, including rankings, traffic, CTR, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with web and engineering teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, crawl efficiency, and structured data.
  • Stay ahead of search trends and propose innovative approaches to keep the program competitive.
  • Lead special projects tied to organic growth goals — from site migrations and international SEO to new product launch support.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong command of keyword research, SERP analysis, and intent-driven content development.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and similar SEO platforms.
  • Strong technical SEO fundamentals: site performance, indexing, sitemaps, schema markup, canonicalization, etc.
  • Experience partnering with developers and web teams to execute technical improvements.
  • Extensive WordPress experience, including WPML and multi-language page management.
  • Clear understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO do’s/don’ts.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript; bonus if you’ve supported CRO testing or landing page experimentation.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to collaborate across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, analytics products, or demand-gen–driven organizations.
  • Background in CRO, including user insights, heatmaps, and landing page testing.
  • Exposure to AI-powered search trends (AEO, SGE/AI Overviews) and how they impact keyword strategy.
  • Ability to analyze and present SEO insights in a clear, business-focused way.
  • Additional languages beyond English.
