We’re hiring: Director of Label Partnerships

Music industry only.

We’re building a modern growth engine for labels and artist rosters, combining paid acquisition, streaming strategy, and structured promotion models.

Now we’re looking for someone deeply connected in the label ecosystem who can open doors and close real partnerships.

This is not an A&R role.

This is a business development role focused on selling growth infrastructure to labels.

You will:

• Leverage your label relationships to generate partnership opportunities

• Get us in front of decision makers at major and independent labels

• Structure promotional and growth deals

• Negotiate partnership terms

• Close B2B revenue

You are:

• Former label executive, partnerships lead, distribution exec, or senior A&R with real label relationships

• Comfortable pitching and negotiating

• Understand streaming economics and DSP dynamics

• Well connected and respected

• Commercially minded

Comp:

Base + aggressive commission on partnership revenue generated.
