We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving product awareness and engagement. This position blends creativity with strategy—ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys shaping brand voice across digital channels. You’ll develop and execute content across social platforms, create engaging blog posts and case studies, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy for a product poised for major growth, especially with the rollout of new AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish original content (blogs, case studies, social media posts) to build product visibility and educate users
- Monitor and engage with posts on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn daily (approx. 30 minutes at start and end of day)
- Collaborate with internal teams during weekly meetings to brainstorm content and align with marketing strategy
- Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities to interact meaningfully with relevant communities
- Assist in positioning newly released features, such as AI-driven functionality, through strategic campaigns and targeted messaging
- Track and optimize post-performance through engagement metrics and content planning
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and content creation
- Proven experience writing compelling marketing copy, blogs, and educational content
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing best practices (SEO/SEM)
- Familiarity with social media management tools and platform analytics
- Excellent grammar, clarity, and storytelling skills
- Comfort engaging with customer communities and translating technical features into accessible content
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing analytics or behavioral insight tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies or B2B SaaS environments
- Video editing experience for short-form content on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Previous work creating content around technical tools or data-driven platforms
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $33.65 to $38.46/hour (equivalent to approximately $70,000 to $80,000 annually). The midpoint of this range is $36.06/hour. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
