The Opportunity

Bloom is entering its next phase of growth.

We are moving from early traction to building a repeatable, scalable growth engine.

This requires more than campaigns or channels.

It requires a marketing function that drives real commercial outcomes — pipeline, revenue, and brand position — and compounds over time.

We are hiring a Head of Marketing to build and own that engine.

This is a central, high-impact role working directly with the founders.

Done well, this role will define how Bloom grows.

What You Will Own1. Building the Growth Engine

You will design and build Bloom’s marketing function from the ground up.

This includes:

  • Defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Building acquisition across paid, organic, and outbound
  • Creating a system that consistently generates qualified pipeline

The goal is not activity.

The goal is a repeatable engine that drives revenue.

2. Turning Strategy into Execution

Marketing strategies often fail in execution.

You will ensure ideas translate into live campaigns, tests, and results.

This means:

  • Shipping quickly
  • Testing aggressively
  • Iterating based on real data

You will operate with pace and ownership.

3. Driving Pipeline and Commercial Impact

You will own marketing’s contribution to revenue.

This includes:

  • Pipeline generation
  • Lead quality
  • Conversion efficiency

You will work closely with sales to ensure:

  • Strong alignment between marketing and revenue
  • Clear feedback loops
  • Continuous improvement across the funnel

4. Building Brand and Category Position

Bloom is not just competing — we are defining a category.

You will:

  • Shape how we are perceived in the market
  • Build a brand that stands out in a crowded fintech space
  • Create clear, differentiated messaging

This is about long-term positioning as much as short-term performance.

5. Scaling the Function

As Bloom grows, you will build and lead the marketing team.

This includes:

  • Hiring high-calibre talent
  • Defining roles and structure
  • Creating systems that scale without slowing down

You will build a function that maintains speed, clarity, and output as complexity increases.

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
