The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Blexr for an experienced Social Media and Media Partnerships Manager to help take our flagship iGaming brands to the next level.
Your primary mission? To own and execute our partnerships strategy with influencers, streamers, creators, and digital media - driving visibility, brand affinity, amplifying deals and user engagement across key markets.
Whether it's Twitch streamers, YouTube creators, TikTok influencers, or relevant media platforms, you'll be building a creator network that makes our brands part of the iGaming conversation. You'll also lead our organic social presence, using community-first content to amplify our partnerships and engage the next generation of players.
This is a role for someone deeply embedded in social and creator culture - someone who knows who’s the next big thing on Twitch before the industry does, and who understands how to build long-term, scalable relationships that deliver real value.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Social Media and Media Partnerships Manager to step into a strategic, hands-on role. You’ll take full ownership of our social media presence while driving forward our influencer and streamer partnership strategy, playing a key role in shaping the vision, tone, and reach of our brands across multiple platforms.
You’ll lead the planning, execution, and growth of both organic and paid social content, working closely with creators, media partners, and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and brand trust. A key part of your role will also involve working in close collaboration with our Digital PR team - aligning influencer activity with newsworthy PR campaigns and helping secure wider media traction through creator-led storytelling.
Alongside a small team of three, you’ll support in delivering creator-first social media campaigns and content activations that resonate with global and niche audiences across iGaming and entertainment.
This role is perfect for someone with agency or in-house experience who’s ready to step up into a more senior, brand-side leadership position, owning strategy, building partnerships, and delivering measurable impact.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer, Streamer & Media Partnerships
- Develop and own the influencer and creator partnership strategy across all flagship brands.
- Build a scalable and repeatable partnership framework: from outreach and briefing to tracking and ROI reporting.
- Identify and recruit streamers and influencers in iGaming, sports betting, and adjacent entertainment spaces (sports, poker, slots, crypto-gaming, lifestyle).
- Manage paid and organic creator relationships, negotiating contracts, campaign deliverables, and long-term collaboration deals.
- Launch co-branded activations with streamers and creators including giveaways, live streams, branded integrations, and exclusive promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digital media outlets, podcasts, lifestyle publishers, and iGaming content platforms.
- Work closely with Digital PR, Paid Media, SEO and Commercial teams to ensure creator campaigns align with commercial and visibility goals.
Organic Social Media
- Lead our organic social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, Telegram and Reddit - with a strong focus on creator-led and deal based content
- Plan and publish reactive and always-on social moments that support creator campaigns, key brand dates, and cultural trends.
- Use insights and performance data to guide strategy, content direction, and audience targeting.
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms, social trends, and creator behaviour to keep our social approach fresh and relevant.
Multi Channel Collaboration
- Support the Paid Media team by briefing creator-led paid campaigns or coordinating whitelisting/content usage.
- Work with the Digital PR team to amplify creator and media activity as part of larger campaigns or brand moments.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to amplify partner deals, exclusive offers, and promotions through social and influencer content - with the goal of growing FTDs (First-Time Deposits).
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
- Has proven experience in influencer, streamer, or creator marketing, ideally in iGaming, gaming, or a similar digital-first space.
- Is passionate about creator culture: you watch streams, follow creators, and understand what motivates them and their communities.
- Has a track record of building and managing long-term influencer or media relationships with clear performance results.
- Has run successful social campaigns and grown brand channels, particularly on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
- Is confident briefing creative, negotiating contracts, and managing partnership budgets.
- Thinks commercially - you can measure and report on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Can identify stories from data and turn complex ideas into accessible, shareable content
- Is a strong communicator who can manage external relationships and present ideas internally.
- Is highly proactive, creative, and not afraid to pitch bold ideas to cut through a competitive market.
- Has experience working in-house or agency-side, and ideally managing junior talent or freelancers.
It Would Be a Bonus If…
- You’ve previously worked in or with iGaming, betting, or sports media
- You’ve managed cross-channel influencer activations at a global or regional level
- You’ve worked in a scale-up environment and helped grow a team from the ground up
- Have an existing network of creators or media contacts in gaming, sports betting, or crypto
- Are comfortable using tools like GRIN, Tagger, or CreatorIQ alongside Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms
