Role Description

This is a predominantly remote part-time position, located in United Kingdom. There will be quarterly travel required into London for a Sales and Marketing Specialist which may increase to once a month as we grow. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, delivering training to clients or teams, and executing marketing plans to increase engagement and visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in sales and sales management, including the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, with an emphasis on community engagement
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Prior experience in community-focused or mission-driven organisations is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is advantageous
