Why we need you

With AI-driven marketing, voice APIs, and no-code automation exploding, we want a hungry and talented digital ai growth hacker who can turn our data and expertise into a flood of fresh job briefs.

What you will tackle

• Build high-converting Substack EDM sequences supported by ScoreApp lead magnets
• Orchestrate end-to-end funnels with Make.com, Zapier, and your favourite no-code tools
• Test voice, chat, and API-powered campaigns that surface hiring needs before our competitors react, vapi etc
• YOU TELL US what we should or could be doing in AI and let's go there together
• Track every interaction, optimise constantly, and deliver warm job leads to Keiran and Jules
• We are also concurrently building an AI powered HR focused platform that we'd love your input into,

What makes you perfect

• Demonstrated success generating B2B pipeline using AI, personalisation, and marketing automation
• Hands-on skills with Substack or similar ESPs, plus Make .com, Zapier, or comparable stacks
• Confident prompt engineer who turns data into conversations, loves metrics, and collaborates smoothly with recruiters
• Available in AU /NZ time zones

We reward outcomes, not hours. You earn a % on every placement fee linked to your leads.

Your share is roughly $2.2 k to $3k AUD per hire, uncapped. 🌊 and on-going,
