We're Hiring: Social Media Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time/Full-Time, Commission-Based)

We’re looking for a part-time/full-time Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help us amplify our online presence by identifying and engaging with travel influencers, lifestyle content creators, and Bahamas-based social personalities. Your goal? Drive awareness and bookings through creative collaborations and influencer partnerships.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Identify and reach out to social media influencers in the Bahamas and travel/lifestyle niches
• Coordinate promotional partnerships, excursions, and content creation opportunities
• Track and report influencer outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Help shape creative ideas for campaigns and brand exposure on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for social media, marketing, and tourism in the Bahamas
• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results
• Experience in influencer marketing or PR is a plus

Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator at Cocktails N' Dreams Watersports. The Coordinator will be responsible for creating social media content, implementing marketing strategies, communicating with audiences, and utilizing digital marketing techniques to promote our services.

Qualifications

• Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills
• Strong communication and writing abilities
• Experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred not required)
