Betsoft is seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience in the iGaming industry. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across all major social media platforms, driving player engagement, and supporting acquisition and retention strategies through compelling content.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of casino audiences, and performance marketing, combined with strong content creation and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals (acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and PR visibility).
  • Manage daily operations across platforms including:
  • Betsoft.com
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • X (Twitter)
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • Plan and maintain a structured content calendar incorporating campaigns, PR announcements, and promotional activity.

Content Creation (Organic, Promotional & PR)

  • Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for each platform:
  • Static posts, carousels, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), stories
  • Promotional creatives (New game launches, bonus features, tournaments, jackpots and more)
  • PR-driven content (partnership announcements, milestone achievements, awards, company news)
  • Educational and entertainment content for casino audiences
  • Own the end-to-end creation of on-page promotional campaigns, ensuring strong visibility and conversion.
  • Write compelling captions optimized for engagement.
  • Adapt tone and messaging for both:
  • B2C (player-facing content)
  • B2B / PR (LinkedIn, partnerships, corporate communications)

PR & Brand Positioning

  • Manage and grow the company’s PR channels.
  • Develop and publish professional, PR-focused content including:
  • Industry insights and thought leadership
  • Press-style announcements (partnerships, market expansions, product launches)
  • Company milestones and achievements
  • Employer branding and culture content
  • Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to craft impactful messaging and announcements.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all public communications.

Campaigns, Promotions & Launches

  • Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns directly on social media channels.
  • Lead social rollouts for:
  • Bonus offers and seasonal campaigns
  • New slot/game releases
  • Tournaments and special events
  • Strategic partnerships and PR activations
  • Coordinate with design, product, CRM, and affiliate teams to ensure alignment across all channels.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs:
  • Engagement rates
  • Follower growth
  • Traffic and conversion metrics
  • Measure performance of PR announcements and promotional campaigns.
  • Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights, trends, and A/B testing.
  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to align messaging and performance goals.

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage brand reputation and ensure positive community engagement.
  • Support PR initiatives by managing audience interaction during announcements and campaigns.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, streamers, and partners where relevant.
  • Ensure all content (including PR and promotions) adheres to gambling advertising regulations and platform policies across different GEOs.
  • Stay up to date with iGaming trends, social media innovations, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in iGaming, betting, or gaming industry).
  • Proven experience managing PR, promotional, and content campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of casino player behavior and acquisition funnels.
  • Experience creating both conversion-driven content and brand/PR messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
  • Meta Business Suite
  • TikTok Business
  • Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout Social (or similar)
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with affiliates, streamers, or influencers in the gambling space.
  • Background in PR, communications, or brand management.
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements across multiple GEOs.
